With a deep-rooted passion for his homeland's cuisine, Chef Hillary leads our culinary team with creativity and respect for tradition. Trained internationally but devoted to Ugandan flavors, his philosophy is:

"True luxury is in the authenticity of the ingredient. My mission is to showcase the incredible, often-unsung bounty of Uganda, from Sembabule to the Rift Valley, on every plate we serve."
